“10 Years ago, I decided to take a huge risk and pack up my life and move to Asbury Park and open a restaurant .  Asbury Park at that time was still a somewhat uncharted gem (well not so much a gem either at that time) by the sea.  I opened a innovative American style restaurant to help bring a culinary experience to Asbury Park, as well as a meeting place for locals.  My fondest memories of my restaurant were the Sunday Night Family Dinners… the local business owners and staff would join in our back room for dinner.  A most incredible experience.  I am a big foodie and can eat in a dive or a 5 star. I enjoy nothing more than showing someone around and this great town.  A most perfect night is walking around town visiting some of the eclectic  galleries and shops and enjoying some innovative cuisine and creative cocktails.”
